Last weekend we celebrated hubs 30th ( OFFICIALLY AN UNCLE!) We went on a eating spree!!! I mean after all , what hubby wanted was a RC Helicopter ( and to eat !) which I did get for him from Toys R Us for only AUD25! And in return he got me a really nice bag! ha ha ha ha YES where is the fairness in that?! BUt but... he was happy coz he won $$ at Crown ( a BIG birthday gift !!)

So it all started on Friday ( his actual birthday!), I made him hard boiled eggs ( suppose to be covered in red dye - some chinese traditions like a birthday cake!) but I did not have any red food colouring so I marker pen it! got red mah...so can dee la! On top of that I made breakkie!That night we went to Crown where he won $$ from the casino and had nice Greek cuisine!

On Sat morning we went for breakkie with my old uni mate E @ Mart, which was really a nice place overlooking ALbert Park! SUper Nice!! We spend like 3 hours taking our own sweet time!
We had another dinner that nite with my cousin sis and her hubby at a fab Chinese Restaurant ( did not take any pics or remember the name....too hungry ok..so many days never eat rice...so macam babi la!)

The best part was the drive to Daylesford for a romantic lunch on Sunday...OK it may sound crazeeee...we drove 2 hours north for lunch....but hey it's all worth it... the weather was cold and rainy...but then again...who cares...

I Am Most Happy When I....

It is very easy to make me happy!

First of all, I am most happy when I get to shop!!! (understatement!!)

Second of all, I am most happy when I have a glass of alcohol in my hands! :)

Thirdly, I am most happy when my house is SPARKLING clean!!!

And finally, I am most happy when I am surrounded by people I love and love me!

How easy is that? to make me happy!

A Big Welcome to Tynee!

Finally we got our new car today! How exciting! Daniel, our sales person actually took 1 hour going through the ins and outs of the car! After a while I was not listening! I was more interested in taking pictures.

But kinda cool they actually covered the car and have a sign with my name and all...then they would unveil the car...and like TADAAAAAaaaHHHH! ha ha ha ha... and as usual I have NO SHAME... I started taking loads of pics!


Happy Happy....

When we got home hubs was mucking around with the car for God knows how long..he even watch a DVD in the car!! I would have given him a pillow and blankie and ask him to sleep in the car....then he got hungry, that is when he came back into the house! *roll eyes*!

OK..Btw...it is freaking cold and foggy tonite... its like almost 0 degrees and I can hardly see my neighbour's house thru the thick layer of fog!

Do You Want To Be On The Waiting List?

OK! I just had a very weird phone convo! (for me)

So... I have decided to bring hubs for his birthday dinner at Donovans and I called them up to make a booking. The convo went something like this:

Donovans' Reception Girl (DRG): Good eve'nin Donovans!
Me: Hie! I would like to make a booking for 2 person @ 8pm this Friday nite.
DRG: I am sorry we are fully booked...would you like to be on the waiting list?
Me: Fully booked?? This Friday nite?? Waiting LIST??? oohhhh *sounding very confused!*
DRG: Yes, would you like to be on the waiting list?
Me: How does it work?
DRG: I will put you down and will call you if there is any cancellation.
Me: Like about when will I know if I will get a table?
DRG: urm if there is a cancellation.
Me: Urmmm.... ok
DRG: Great! Can I get a name and mobile no please?
Me: (gave my details). SO like are you gonna call me on Friday itself?
DRG: between now and Friday
Me: uh oh.... then I better have book another place just to be safe.
DRG: *laughs as me!!!* Yea maybe...
Me: OK thanks!
DRG: Your welcome!

* hangs up phone*

OK for those of you who are familiar being on waiting list to get a table in a restaurant....well laugh your head off!! But seriously...I HAVE NEVER EVER been waitlisted at Donovans EVER!! Usually its always available... I guess it became more popular over the years...or there are a lot of people celebrating birthdays or something this Friday! Dammit! I was sooo looking forward to a comfy table by the fireplace with the view of the beach and ocean!

BUT SERIOUSLY!! WAITLIST why can't they just put it at fully booked FULLSTOP! Now I am in limbo... I got to go find another resataurant to makan! OR should I wait for "THE" call?? $%&I*&^%#!()(^*@#

When was the last TIME......

I just spoke to a my friend S, and he finally ask J to be his girlfriend officially... so he bought her flowers, handpicked one by one.... how sweet is that? How special is that?

That got me thinking...

When was the last time YOUR someone special did something SPECIAL for you?

Mine just ask me if I needed help to mop the floor....when I was alomost DONE!

But I still love him....to bits and pieces.... as long as he supports my decision to shop!

I AM GETTING MY NEW CAR TOMMOROW!!!! YAY!!!

This morning the car dealer called me and told me that my brand new 4WD is waiting for me to collect tommorow!! How exciting!!

So tommorow morning I will be parting with Foxy Beemer and will pick Tynee ( that is the new name for my HUGE GINORMOUS car which I needed them to install a side step so I can get in!).

AND AND...my lawyer will be submitting my renewal aplication today and he told me I can get an asnswer lastest next week if DIMIA will extend my PR status. * fingers cross*.

AND AND AND...finally got another guy to come in on Friday to quote on my window shutters ( the last one was a total rip off!!!)

AND AND AND AND, this weekends is hubs BIG 3.0. birthday ( Friday to be exact!) and I am thinking of places to bring him....got a few places down:

Sooooo because I got so many things to do 'cet for today, it is like passing super damn slow man... just finish ironing and watching re-runs of FRIENDS and showered...thinking of taking the bike out for a spin round the estate, but then hubs is still stuck to WII so I dont wanna kacau him la!

I am kinda glad I got the ball rolling on our 1st week back here... usually I would leave it till later maybe 1 month down the road and when I wanna get my things done or buy things, or fix this or that...I will be going back to Penang.

So YAY for me!

Let see...

• Manage to see my laywer and get my RRV process started.
• Met with my accountant to discuss on my taxation and other potential business.
• Quotes for the plantation shutters that we plan to change from our yucky window blinds.
• Hunt for a new car.
• BUY private health insurance.
• Organised for the gardener to come in next week.
• BLOG!!!

So double YAY for me!

All Hail and Rain @ Pinto

This is what we saw when we got home to Pinto! MY GARDEN is in a MESS!!!! (grass is fake! so it always looks good). The trees and bushes are like gila babi! and there are weeds everywhere and it killed 3 of my Rosemary bushes! My supposed "creek" garden has turned into a wild wetland!!! * faints*

So we called our gardener Paul...and unfortunately we found he has been in and out of the hospital for treatment of his cancer and that is why our garden was not upkeep... so sad to hear that he had a relapse. So its ok if our garden is in a mess... can be fix!

The house was ok, not THAT dirty ...just that it has lotsa webs and dust....after almost 6 months its still fairly clean. We started cleaning and cleaning and cleaning and we manage to get the house look livable after 6 hours!

So far we have not met up with any friends or family yet... just lotsa grocery shoppin to stock up my pantry, lotsa washing, meeting with our accountant and lawyers and looking for a new car! Yes we are trading up to a bigger, meaner 4 wheel drive... so sad if the deal falls through I will have to say goodbye to Foxy Beemer!

On a totally different subject. Hubs bought me this @ Changi airport! I LOVE HIM!!! ( in my defense, it was on SALE and it was either this or a Bottega bag - which was also on sale 30% off!)

The Sleeping Disorder and The Office Disorder

Let me tell you the story of how I got a streak of red dye across my left cheek.

I suspect I have narcolepsy. Well maybe not that serious but I said suspect rite!

So so...couple of days ago I went to my colorist at 2pm, TWO PM!!! (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ARVO!) to get my hair colored in bright red!! So half way through the whole process... I suddenly felt a tugging on my hair/scalp/head and it instantly woke me up.... I quickly check if I was drooling... but then I realized the colorist was laughing and I saw a huge DEEP RED streak of dye on my cheek...from the eye straight down to my nose! Did not help when I also realized that my mascara and eyeliner was smudge ( look like a panda with a red tattoo on the face)

I was super duper embarrassed loh! All the time I am like proper, chatty and nice... suddenly I just fell asleep and disoreintated. He offered me coffee which I declined... but my friend S "forgot" to bring my my Satubucks coz he did not check his Twitter! ( damn shud have taken their coffee instead!

Well, honestly this is not the first time I fell asleep suddenly... You see...I am the kinda person even no matter how tired I am I will keep awake. Last Sunday, I fell asleep on the couch sitting up and suddenly *blop* my head was on my chin! Hubs tot I was super funny.... and then the saloon incident and then last night again during facial, my therapist was talking talking and suddenly I was gone and woke myself up with my own snore and then pretend to clear my throat to cover my snore!! What an idiot!!! ha ha ha ha!!!

My office is going through a very chaotic time!

Me and hubs is going away for 3 months

My assistant is on study and exam leave until end of next week

My assistant's assistant just went into labour and we wont be seeing her for the next 2 months

My part time trader is a 50 year old aunty obssessed with Facebook

My financial manager is taking over everyone's job till everything return to normal

My BIG BOSS - not too happy with all the interuptions!

Done

My bags are almost packed!

I have cut my hair and coloured it

I have gone for my pedi and mani

I have eaten almost everything that I would miss

I have pass all my work over to my staff

I have clean out my fridge and pantry

I have partied and dine with my friends and family

I have stocked up all my essentials

I have washed my cars

I have clean the house

I have done most bulk of the laundry

Now all that is left to do is enjoy my 3 hour facial and go home and chillex in front of my TV ( and most probable pack some more) shower, eat dinner, sleep and wait for Friday to board the flight back to good 'ol Melbourne.

Pissed off Dickhead!

A VERY PISSED OFF ENTRY! Be warned...lots of &^$#@$%#^*%&*^&*)%^$%#

I have consulted with a good girl friend if I should confront this particular person who has been a thorn in my ass for the last couple of months (let's call this person Dickhead)!

So Dickhead is a married man with a toddler. But in my opinion he is not a very "honest / faithful" man. You see, I have know Dickhead since we were in our teens, and well, I can sum up the fact that he is a self centered person.

So I introduced him to hubs and they have been going drinking with other of my guy friends. Boys Night Out, twice a week... pretty harmless rite? Not after Dickhead came into the picture... he will ask all of them to go out 3-4 times a week. Remember, this is a family man! And every time he goes out, there will be some random girls with him. Seriously! you get my gist!

Fast forward... last night, hubs turned Dickhead down for happy hour and decided to have dinner with me and my friends. Halfway thru dinner a girl called hubs, asking him to go drinks with Dickhead and friends!!! Thank God hubs said he is having dinners with his wife and not available and maybe some other time (Hubs can be super obliging at times!!) OK!! Can you all see something wrong here?? If not let me point out! WTF is Dickhead asking some girl to call up my hubs while he knew hubs was having dinner with me??!!! seriously something is effing wrong here!!!

I was so pissed off!!! I told a friend that I should confront him... but she told me no just cool down for a while...so to blow off steam, here is what I would probably say to DICKHEAD!

To mother fucking DICKHEAD:

Seriously, what the fuck are you trying to effing do?? If you wanna effing play around with sluts, do it by yourself and stop influcing others! Stop effing disturb my family and if you cannot take care of your own wife and child dont fucking get married in the 1st effing place!!! Please do yourself a favour and look at the mirror! It all started during dinner when Star Trek was the topic of conversation. My friends kept insisting that I go watch it...but then hubs refuse 'coz he thinks he will be betraying Star Wars! ( I also don't geddit!) Anyways, we were talking about the actors and characters and I told them I know 'Spot' - the guy with the white face and looks like a robot! They ALL cracked up laughing!!!! I was like WHHATTTTTT....!!!! There were like its 'Spock' I was like 'Sporks'?This arguement continue on over Margaritas @ TGIF where I kept insisting its Sporks the white dude that looks like ROBOT... they all corrected me and told me it was 'DATA' and I was like who is 'DATA'? and I told them I know 'Sporks' !

I guess they were quite amazed with my "knowldege" they decided to quiz me on cartoons that we used to watch when we were kids. So randomly ,they asked me if I knew Jem? And I told them oh yes Jem and the Misfits!! Wrong!! It was Jem and the Holograms!! That is where it started... I told them Road Runner is a ostrich and they burst out laughing...and told me the Road Runner is actually a name of a bird (REAL LIFE!) I was like NO'efing way! Its an ostrich!!!

Going Home To Our Other Home

It's the time of the year again, where hubs and I will pack our bags and head back to our adopted home in Melbourne!

Another 3 weeks and we are off. Last year, hubs manage to renewed his PR visa and this year it will be my turn and I really really pray fingers cross that DIMIA will renew my visa status!!!!

Well, it's always a headache when I have to pack up our lives in Penang into 5 suitcases and other smaller bags and unpack it back at Melbourne, and the cleaning and anal-ness starts all over again for 3 whole months! Actually kinda think of it, its the same just different location! But it is all worth it... I think I might have said this plenty times,

I HEART MELBOURNE!!!

...SERIOUSLY!

...so yea... I will go for my "walks" and "cycling" at Jells park or around our housing estate, go shopping at Chaddy, eat ginormous amount of yummy food (and then detox), watch re-runs of FRIENDS again and again and again ( coz we have 2 TVs!!!), spend a lot on COLES, cook up a storm, drink lotsa wine....and YES MAKE BABY!!! always on our agenda but always fail...so this time!! MUST KANA!!!!

So to my Malaysian peeps! I will miss you but then I think you guys had enough of me for a while... I shall dissapear and reappear and that is how you will LOVE me more!!!!

Friday Nite @ Aristo With Anal Queen

As most of you know...I am anal queen of the year! SO particular over cleanliness and order that when I am drunk I am still ANAL!

Story time!

Last Friday nite, I took my Tequila popping ways down to KL and party with my KL peeps! Can't believe I hardly ever party in KL even when I am always there! So after driving for what seems like an eternity from PJ to Jalan Ampang, hubs finally manage to get us there. And after a round of confusion on how to get out of Hotel Maya to Aristo, we finally made it! A friend actually smsed me and asked if "I decided to balik Penang!" Yes that is how long we took!

SOOoooo...after a round of hugs and kisses and introductions to new party mates...the drinking starts... Moet, Black Label and Tequila shots was immediately available! Man, I was gone after my 3 glass of red wine (for dinner), 4 glasses of whisky or was it 8? and 2 shots of Tequila (Aristo serve good Tequila!) I was up shaking my booty... I might have sacred a few people! BUT who cares!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha ha....

3am...last song and wanted to adjourn to Sultan but sudah tutup! so balik...that is when it all started... the analness while being drunk. I told hubs:

Me: Ok B, I wanna puke dee... so there is tissue paper in my bag and a bottle of water. I say stop you stop. Take the tissue and water and lock the car door! ( analness!!!!)

B: HHmmm *grunts*

He stopped at some random bus stop with a "tong sampah" ( I found out later it was Sri Petaling school bus stop) I got down and PUKE!!! wipe my mouth and rinse my mouth and throw all my rubbish in the dustbin! (Responsible puker) I made sure there were no remains of any puke on my shoes or anywhere near me before I went back into the car! SEE! I am hopeless... drunk dee somemore wanna be clean!!! Oh I went home showered, wash my hair, blow dry my hair before I went to sleep and woke up with a hangover! :)

Chloe Paraty Bag

Katie Holmes latest "IT" bag (Chloe Paraty Bag in Black Python leather) that she has been spotted repeatedly carrying around! Isn't it absolutely amazing...rocker meets chic....chic rock?!

Looks like a sturdy carry-all. You can either sling it on your shoulder or tote it around. VERSATILE and ROOMY! My kinda bag!

So while I was in Bangkok last weekend and as I was walking pass Chloe...I SAW THE BAG...perch on top on a shelve beckoning for me to come in and touch it... SO...I mah go in loh!!! The sales lady in Chloe was absolutely one of the nicest "luxury" shop assistant I ever met... including those in Marc Jacobs, Mulberry (Tods was a bit "lansi") and Balenciaga.

Ok back to the bag, she took it down for me and it was LOVE AT FIRST TOUCH....actually it was already love at first sight but the touch of the soft leather confirmed it was true love (AGAIN!)

So as usual I ask for the price... she immediately told me it's 10% off and extra 7% tax redemption at the Customs! That is a total of almost 20% of savings!! Ok 17% only niah!(Coz it was Mother's Day and Wesak Day Weekend!) I looked at hubs, he turned away giving me the "look" and so we parted...(me and the bag) - SOB *heart cringe and torned* - damn I am "gila" max! And it was the last Red Paraty Bag in Bangkok and I left it there on not in my arms!

Fast forward back to Penang, a quick msg to my evil shopaholic twin and she told that the bag was worth it and in demand and there is a shortage and the colour RED was a HOT item! I was sold! A quick call and msg to my mom (who was still in Bangkok) and task her to check it out! Mom did check it out alright but knowing her she would not pay for the bag...BUT she DID!!! I mean if my dad was there then i was certain he will spoil me again with a new bag... but MOM!! I was shocked!

So there you have it... the newest edition to my family of bags: Chloe Paraty Bag in red leather with gold metalworks.

P/S: I admit...I feel absolutely guilty that I am SOOOO Spoilt!!!!
