Backyard Blitz

It has been almost 3 years since we moved in and my garden was slowly dying due to our non-existence attention! We finally decided on doing a proper landscaping job…and yes it was very PROPER as it cause us a BOMB!!! (note to self-DIY is essential). Noooo we did not DIY it, we paid a bunch of young, hot, (desperate housewife equivalent) men to do the deed! Hehehehe…I do pray to God that I would not slowly kill it… if I can kill Aussie native plants; then I have lost all hope in finding my green thumb!

Nonsense Shit From My Head-In Writting

Have not written for a while…why you might ask? Well simple…I am doing up our new house, furniture hunting, selecting draperies, attending weddings, planning hen’s weekend, drinking session… I think ….no definitely I had more time to spare while we were back in Melbourne… damn dammit I missed Pinto now!! I missed my new garden… *sigh* I wonder how my plants have grown!! And aarrgghhh I have bloody put on weight… f**k!!! I need to exercise, nah…eat less?? No way… aiyah live with it hor…no no no…. HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!

After 37 years, my dad finally met up with his high school friend here in Melbourne…My god…they talk and talk like giggling school girls... *rolling eyes*… but after meeting most of my dad’s high school friends, I realise that most of them are so laid back and all ready for retirement… but hey not my dad!!! As Uncle Andrew always describe him “Your father…the Gung-Ho cowboy!!!”

The Men’s Gallery

Bloody 7.30 in the morning…can’t sleep...so I decided to come in and blog a bit…hehehehe…Weels has gone back to Penang…it was good to have him around…he is one of the reason that I actually gone into a strip joint!

Yes yes YUPS!!! I proudly declare that I have been to a strip club…yes…a place where ladies strip and men ogle and lap dances is being perform all around you! Oh yes…I was a bit well…nervous at first…but then when we all got in…it was like ohhh yessss….naked chicks!!! Hubs was like “Do you want a lap dance?” and I was like “urrmmm…NO…do you?” Neither one of us got any lap dances…but man…I saw a lot o “ang moh” stripers bare it all!!

Maybe it is in Melbourne, but I can say that the place happens to bvery clean…yes you get the occasional sleazy old man…but there were couples in there…people having their buck’s nite…and people like us… basically its just like clubbing with a show! Next up…I need to round up the ladies to hit the male striper club!!!!

Food Glorious Food

Gosh dammit!!! Almost 4 weeks in Melbourne and I have officially put on 3 kilos…damn the great food of Melbourne! From Mexican to Japanese…from street food to fine dining at Lake house…yum…. Thanks to two great connoisseur of food…I have to admit it was great company to have the equally anal couple with us for 10 days!!!

Reminiscence of My Old Nite Life

It has been almost 4 years since I have been clubbing in Melbourne…seriously…mine was the days of Salt, Siren and QBH…not to mention some underground clubs…last time it was about getting half drunk at home or in the car before heading into the clubs and dance the night away…last time, I was on the “LIST”…last time…I knew a lot of people… NOW…it has all changed… I am no longer on the “LIST” and the clubbing scenes have changed…a lot…well…in my eyes that is.

Ahhh... I am getting old…past my clubbing expiry date… but it was still fun when hus and myself went to Long Room with some new friends few nights ago…the girls are young and sexy, the boys are hot…and young…felt out of place…but it was still good… now they drink whisky with green tea??!!! Weird…I prefer mine on the rocks… (another sign of old age) *sigh* wish I was 21 again…missed those years!!! *sigh* Mind you, not that I don’t love my life now… I absolutely LOVE my life…time to move on to better things in life… Thanks Erns and Weels for a nite of reminiscence.

Day Out with the In Laws: Mornington Peninsula & Dandenongs

My in laws was in Melbourne last 2 weeks and we had a tiring and fun time bringing them around Victoria…they went back to KL happy, and stuffed with plenty of beef, cheese and milk hahahahaha… I have posted up some pictures of our few outings… and I realised that I do have a HUGE problem with shoes…did not believe myself until my hubs took pics of me buying shoes in the quaint village of Mornington! But hey it was only AUD20!!! So I bought two pairs… I think I really have a problem!

Easter Monday...sick...but then because of my favorite vineyard at the Yarra Valley, I am so there!!! My God! I am such an alcoholic! After a bottle of sparkling rose and a light lunch I was feeling sooo much better...maybe it is the fresh air...who knows...hehehehe....

2nd Highlight of the Week: Ms. Tourism Penang 2007

2nd highlight?? Well of cause the grand finals for Ms. Tourism Penang 2007!!!... Beauty Pageant is a dirty dirty game… what goes on backstage is so outrageous!! But hey who cares about their dirty politics, and beauty queens… I had fun being one of the judges and most importantly it was for charity!!! Hehehe…yup first time as a beauty pageant judge…but got to say... one word “Monet” Beautiful from far, …from near!!! Hehehehe… you get the gist!! And below all the paint is just another ordinary girl like you and me!!!
